Welcome to the Foothills Fibromyalgia/CFIDS Support
Network Homepage! We are a diverse group of people with no emphasis on race,
color, or gender all striving to learn about and deal with Fibromyalgia/CFIDS.
We make our homes near Spartanburg, South Carolina which is located 20 Miles
south of the North Carolina border in the beautiful "Upstate" Region
of South Carolina. We are an hour and a half from Charlotte, NC, three hours from
Atlanta, GA,
and three hours from the Atlantic Ocean.
And now a message from our Sponsors....
This site is made possible by a donation from The
Spartanburg IBM PC User's Group (SPCUG). Please visit the link to the left
to find out more about this wonderful organization.
Hot Topics!
Since we got iced out last year, the SPCUG Group
has invited us back to their annual Christmas party this year. It will
be December 14th at 7PM In the Health Science Building on the Campus of
Spartanburg Community College. We meet in the Community Room.
Directions are available at http://spcug.apcug.org
Due to declining attendance the decision has been
made to "close up shop" as it were. We may still have
a "get together" from time to time, but regular meetings are
currently suspended. The
website will remain in operation for the foreseeable future as a resource
and will be updated periodically.
Anyone wanting to take over the group for purposes of trying to rejuvenate,
and plan new and exciting meetings, and grow attendance, please contact the webmaster here,
and we will get you in contact with who you need to see. We just hope
that the declining attendance means that all of us are doing much better and
are no longer in need of our services. If that is the case, then
I guess we did our job.
