Fibro Checklist    -  Good for letting your doctor, family, lawyer, etc. know how you feel on a daily basis.

FMS Pain Scale  -  There are several of these out there, but this is geared to those who suffer from FMS.  Works well in conjunction with the Fibro Checklist.

Hepatitis Rheumaoid    -  Article from Dr. J. Mercola about a study in France that linked Hepatitis B Vaccination in Children to later development of Rheumatological Diseases.

All downloads labeled as HTTP, are in self-extracting format.  Once downloaded, extract to a folder and open the HTTP file.
